German engineering skills, an accredited test laboratory and a large number of approvals ensure constant quality at the highest level.
Living consciously – operating sustainably
The preservation of our natural resources is very important to us. Of course, we meet the environmental requirements of the ISO14001 standard. We strive to organise the entire life cycle as environment-friendly as possible.
We also take climate protection very seriously and it is our goal to develop E-T-A to become a CO2-neutral company. For us as a long-term thinking family-owned business, we hold sustainability very dear.
A leadership team
Teamwork is a central part of E-T-A’s corporate philosophy. The modern type of leadership allows fast, constructive and balanced decision making in the privately owned company. It is therefore an important basis for continuing E-T-A's success story.
The E-T-A management team consists of Ralf Dietrich (CTO Sales and Development), Manfred Kiefl (Head of Finance), Christian Kube (COO Operations), Dr. Clifford Sell (Head of Organisation and Culture), Dr. Jennifer Sell (CEO Production) and Gabriele Zange (Head of Human Resources).
